At Kosmik Jive, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. As our products are custom-made on demand, our refund and return policy is aligned with our production partners to ensure fairness and efficiency.
Eligibility for Refund or Free Replacement:
A refund or free replacement is offered in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged during shipping.
- Manufacturing Error: If there is a defect in the product due to a manufacturing error.
- Wrong Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
- Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order.
- Incorrect Print: If the print on the product is incorrect or misaligned.
Conditions for Eligibility:
- You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage, manufacturing error, or incorrect item is required.
Cases Not Eligible for Refund or Free Replacement:
- Buyer's Remorse / Wrong Size Ordered: We do not offer refunds or free replacements for orders where the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
- Unclaimed / Returned to Sender: Orders that are unclaimed by the customer or returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Reshipment will be at the customer's expense.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Upon review, if your case meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days.
