Shipping Policy

At Kosmik Jive, our products are made to order. Each order goes through a production period before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Production Time

Most orders are produced and ready for shipment within 2–3 business days.

In some cases, production may be completed sooner. During periods of higher demand or depending on the item and print provider, production may occasionally take up to 4 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The shipping times below begin after production is complete and the order has been shipped.

United States

Economy Shipping: 6–13 business days in transit.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days in transit.

Including production time, most orders are expected to arrive approximately:

• Economy: 8–17 business days after the order is placed

• Standard: 7–14 business days after the order is placed

Canada

Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days.

Including production, estimated delivery is approximately 7–14 business days after the order is placed.

United Kingdom

Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days.

Including production, estimated delivery is approximately 7–12 business days after the order is placed.

France

Estimated transit time: 6–11 business days.

Including production, estimated delivery is approximately 8–15 business days after the order is placed.

Australia

Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days.

Including production, estimated delivery is approximately 7–14 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination, number of items in the order, and available shipping method. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders when the minimum order value shown at checkout is reached.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Multiple Shipments

Because some products may be fulfilled by different print providers, orders containing multiple items can occasionally arrive in separate packages.

If this occurs, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.

Returned or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned because it was unclaimed or because an incorrect address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.
